Welcome to the Syracuse Ninja Barracks Competition Teams, Pride Elite and Pride Rising! These elite teams are designed to elevate young ninjas’ skills and prepare them for competitive challenges. Through rigorous training, members will develop essential physical skills like balance, strength, agility, and coordination, while building resilience, confidence, and teamwork. Our coaches push each competitor to embody the strength, courage, and discipline of a lion, inspiring them to master obstacles, support their teammates, and reach their fullest potential in a dynamic, motivating environment.
